About Andrea

Buying or selling a home can feel like a lot. I get it.

I've been on the other side of big, scary decisions. I bought my first business, a juice bar inside a local gym, when I was 19. Since then I've built and run tanning salons and spas, and I've learned that people remember how you made them feel.

That's why I moved into real estate.

I've always been client-facing, and helping people through this process felt natural. I've been a REALTOR® since 2015, and I'm grateful for it every day.

Local to the core

I've lived in Shrewsbury for 25 years. I know these streets, these schools, and these neighborhoods, from Worcester to Northborough and from Holden to Hopkinton.

I studied elementary education at Framingham State University, so explaining things clearly is second nature. You'll get plain answers, honest pricing advice, and someone in your corner from the first call to closing day.

The Woman Behind Castinetti Realty Group!

Ever notice the sign on the lawn says more than just "For Sale"? Ours says "Giving Back One Sale at a Time." A lot of people ask us what that actually means — and where it came from. The answer starts with one woman, one juice bar, and a decision she made at 19 years old.

From Juice Bar to Open House

Before real estate, Andrea Castinetti was already building things. At 19, she bought her first business — a juice bar tucked inside a local gym. From there, she branched into tanning salons and spas.

She wasn't chasing a real estate career. She was chasing people. Every business she built put her face-to-face with customers, listening to what they needed and figuring out how to help.

Why Real Estate Found Her

That thread — the people, the trust, the connections — eventually led somewhere new. "I have made so many incredible connections throughout the years and have always been client-facing," Andrea says. "Making the move to real estate seemed very natural, and I am thankful every day that I did."

She earned her real estate license in 2015. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Framingham State University, which might explain why she's always been a natural teacher — walking first-time buyers through a process that can feel overwhelming from the outside.

Building CRG From the Ground Up

In 2018, Andrea took the next step and founded Castinetti Realty Group in Shrewsbury. She started it as a woman-owned boutique brokerage with one idea driving it: real estate and giving back belong together.

That idea grew fast. CRG is now home to 40+ agents licensed across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine, with offices in Shrewsbury, Charlton, and Falmouth, plus a partnership location in Boston. We serve towns across Central Mass — Shrewsbury, Worcester, Northborough, Holden, Grafton, and beyond — because Andrea built CRG on the same local roots she grew up with.

Giving Back Isn't a Marketing Line

Here's the part that makes CRG different: giving back isn't something we bolt onto a transaction after the fact. It's built into every single one.

In 2018, Andrea also founded the Kindness Coalition of Massachusetts, a nonprofit supporting homeless individuals, veterans, DCF families, pets, and schools across Central Mass. After every home sale, CRG agents donate to a charity of the client's choosing — in that client's name.

That's what "Giving Back One Sale at a Time" really means. It's not a tagline. It's a promise that gets kept every time we close a deal.

Roots That Run Deep

Andrea has called Shrewsbury home for 25 years, and that kind of history shows up in the work. In 2017, the City of Worcester honored her with a Key to the City. Worcester Magazine named her Best Realtor in Central Mass in both 2019 and 2021, and the Telegram & Gazette recognized CRG as Best Residential Real Estate Group for three years running, 2019 through 2021.

We don't lead with those honors because they made Andrea good at her job — the community-first mindset came first. The awards just confirm what clients already knew: we've helped hundreds of Central Mass families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and we've learned a lot doing it.
